Our first mezcal is made from Espadín—Agave Angustifolia—the most widely used agave and the cornerstone of any great range. A close cousin of Blue Agave (used in tequila), it offers familiar notes that make it approachable, yet layered enough to ignite curiosity and invite deeper exploration into the world of mezcal.
Inspired by ancestral mezcal-making, Mezzaro delivers a smooth, approachable profile with a subtle hint of smoke. Its peppery base is lifted by bright notes of strawberry, mandarin, mulberry, and raspberry, finishing soft and sweet.
On the nose, expect herbal and citrusy aromas. The first sip reveals warm cinnamon, cloves, and a light smokiness from roasted agave. As it opens on the palate, mandarin and berry notes shine through, rounded off with hints of hazelnut and caramel.
